The audit department is located in block No.2 and is headed by the University Auditor directly posted by the Auditor General of Pakistan for a term of 03 years extendable further by 02 years. The University Auditor is assisted by University staff divided in 04 sections, each supervised by an Accountant with minimum qualification of B.Com. Audit primarily pre-audit all the claims preferred to Treasurer for payment. Department is divided into two parts: Section-I deals with the financial transactions related to Main Campus and Section-II deals with financial transactions of Regional Offices.
