Detail:	Engr. Dr. Attaullah Shah participated Third International Conference on Construction in Developing Countries (ICCIDC-III) held on 4-6 July,2012 at Millinium Hilton Bangkok Thailand. He was program chiar as well. He presented his research paper titled as "Quantititive Analysis of Project delays and Cost overruns in Higher Education projects of Pakistan". In his paper, he highlighted the need for capacity building of the project managers and project staff, computerized project management, construction financing and organizational support to the project teams. The conference was attended by more than 150 delegates from 30 countries. The papers focused on 15 main themes in the civil engineering, construction management and Architectural Engineering. ICCIDC conference series is held regularly from 2008 in NED Karachi followed by ICCIDC-II in Cairo Egypt.
