Introduction:
The family and community health programme has been developed after long and thorough meetings with wide range of medical, health and community based institutions/ organizations presently involved in the vocational and professional training of Para-medical, Nursing and family welfare workers. The programme provides a common professional and educational foundation for health support staff i.e. Para-medical staff and nurses that will complement their vocational and professional training.
· A candidate having a matriculation certificate with at least second division is eligible for admission in HSSC Family and Community Health programme. The programme is in Urdu language.
Selection Process:
The department scrutinizes the forms and eligible candidates are then intimated by the admission section for further processing

Minimum Four semesters (two years)

Distance learning with practical workshops for selected courses
