Ph.D programme (Distance, Non-Formal and Continuing Education) aims to provide persons with high level of skills in planning, developing and implementation of distance education, non-formal education, adult education, literacy and continuing education programme at national, provincial and local level. Admission Requirement: 
i. Graduates holding MS/ M.Phil of equivalent with (GPA 3.00/1st division in 30 credit hours will be eligible for admission in Ph.D programme. ii. Subject GRE (International) or GAT (Education) by NTS with at least 50% scores. iii. Candidate will apply for admission on prescribed from to the concerned Chairman of the department. If the candidate wishes to apply in more than one specialization, he/she has to apply separately for each specialization. iv. Admission will be strictly on approved criteria.
