Transport Section of AIOU maintains a large fleet of vehicles to cater the transportation needs of the University. The transport fleet of the University is comprised of buses, coasters, vans, cars, ambulances, trucks and other technical vehicles like tractors, lifters, battery operated vehicles etc. The Transport Section of AIOU is committed to provide transport services to students, faculty, officers and staff against deduction of charges as laid down in the rules on the designated routes within the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The Transport Section also extend the facility of required vehicle(s) to faculty, officers and staff to attend funeral of a colleague or his/her near ones.
